Terms of Use

These terms cover use of this website and the general commercial terms on which Yash Enterprise (27AKJPS5537M1ZE) supplies distributed brands and custom-manufactured goods. Specific commercial terms confirmed in a written quotation or order acknowledgement always take precedence over this page.

Quotations

Quotations issued by Yash Enterprise are valid for 15 days from the date issued unless a different validity is stated on the quotation itself. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice after the quotation's validity period, or earlier if a principal brand revises list pricing.

Payment

Standard terms are advance payment or payment on delivery for new accounts; credit terms are extended only to approved accounts on a case-by-case basis. Exact terms are confirmed in writing on the order acknowledgement.

Delivery and dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched from our Mumbai stock the same working day for orders confirmed before 15:00; orders confirmed after that cutoff, or items on lead time, dispatch on the timeline stated at the time of quotation. Custom-manufactured items (flight cases, power safes, control panels) are dispatched per the turnaround agreed at the time of order. Delivery dates given are estimates, not guarantees, and Yash Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, force majeure, or a principal brand's own supply delays.

Returns and warranty

Distributed brands (Mennekes, IDE, BCH Electric, Suraj Electricals, Elmeasure, Dixon) carry that manufacturer's own warranty; a defective item is handled per that brand's warranty process, which we assist with as the authorized distributor. Items are accepted for return only if unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery — custom-cut, custom-configured, or clearance-marked items are not returnable.

Custom-manufactured goods (flight cases, power safes, control panels built to your drawing/specification) are made to order and are not returnable once production has started, except for a defect in workmanship, which we will repair or remake at our cost.

Website use

Product descriptions, specifications and photographs on this site are provided for reference; always confirm exact specification and current stock at the time of order. All content, logos, and the Yash Enterprise brand are our property or used under license from the respective principal brand; principal-brand logos and product names remain the trademarks of their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
