What is the minimum order quantity?
State your real MOQ policy here — e.g. "No minimum on in-stock catalogue items; custom builds have a one-unit minimum." Replace before launch.
What is your standard lead time?
In-stock catalogue parts dispatch the same day on orders placed before 15:00. Parts on lead time and custom builds are confirmed at quotation — typically two working days for a custom-build quote.
Can you supply a custom control panel, flight case or power safe?
Yes — send your drawing or dimensions, use case and quantity through the Manufacturing enquiry form. We confirm a fixed price and lead time in writing.
Which brands are you an authorized distributor for?
Mennekes, IDE, BCH Electric, Suraj Electricals, Elmeasure and Dixon.
Do you ship outside Maharashtra / outside India?
State your real delivery area and any export capability here.
What are your payment terms?

Do you supply end users as well as trade/B2B accounts?
Yes — we work with a mix of B2B accounts (OEMs, panel builders, contractors) and direct end users, particularly for events, data centre and project supply.
